Trent and co. smartly went with a bit torrent this time rather than downloading straight off the site, as with Ghosts I-IV, which lead to major traffic problems and eventually a shut down of the site to slow down the drain on resources. Needless to say, my copy of The Slip (FLAC) is downloading now, but I won’t get to hear it until after work. It’s likely I may give it a partial spin and ignore it until the CD comes out - I just like having the real thing. I’ve resisted so far with Ghosts, so why not this, too?
